• Advantage:
• ● This Kit can turn a 1/2" Male NPT Threaded Fitting into a weldless bulkhead so that it can be installed into a kettle or tank without the need for welding. For Example even a Hex Nipple can become a Bulkhead Fitting. 
• ● These parts can be puchased separately, but this combination of parts sold as the kit are discounted slightly.
• ● The Grooved Lock Nut used in this kit has a groove on one side to neatly accept an O-Ring.
• Installation:
• ● To use the kit leave the Stainless Washer on the outside of the vessel, for Example, leave it on the Thermometer. 
• ● Then generously wrap the threads with teflon tape and insert the Male Threads into the vessel, using our example insert the thermometer into the hole in your vessel. 
• ● Finally fasten the lock nut and o-ring on the inside of the Vessel.
• Common Uses:
• ● The most common use for this kit to connect a threaded Brew Thermometer into a tank or kettle, by turning its Male NPT Thread into its own weldless bulkhead for installing without needing to welding in a coupler.
• ● This Kit is also great to connect a 1/2" NPT Same Size Adapter to Vessel walls.
• ● In this way you can add Female NPT threads to your kettle or tank without having to weld.
• The Kit includes:
• ● a 1/2" NPS Lock Nut, a Stainless Washer and two Silicone O-Ring's.
