• What it connects to:

• ● One side of this 2" x 1-1/2" Type AR will connect to a 2" Female Camlock.
• ● The other side of this adapter will thread onto a 3" Male NPT Thread.

• How the Adapter Works:

• ● To connect, slide the 2" Male portion into a 2" Female Camlock Coupler and then close the Cam arms.
• ● To disconnect, open the Cam Handles and remove Adapter.

• ● 2" Male Cam and Groove Adapter x  3" Female NPT Thread.
• Uses:
• ● Used to increase the size of the Female Thread of a 2" Type A Male Adapter from 2" up to 3".
• ● Used when increasing or reducing the pipe line size from 2" to 3".
• ● This Adapter Allows a 2" Female Camlock to connect with a 3" Male Thread.
• What it does:
• ● The camlock portion will connect to a 2" Female Coupler.
• ● The threaded portion will connect to a 3 Male NPT Thread.
• Also Known as a:
• ● Cam and Groove Type A Jump Size 2" Adapter x 3" Female NPT.
• ● Type AR Reducer 2" Male Camlock x 3" Female NPT.
• ● 2" x 3" Type AR Camlock Reducer. 
• ● 2" x 3" Reducing Type A.
• Alternate Options:
• ● A Type A with larger threads can also be made using a  2" Type F and a 3" x 2" Bell Reducer.
• ● You can also change sizes using a Reducing Bushing or Bell Reducer.
