The Type C coupler is ordinarily used with a Type E adapter. However, this Type C can also be used with a Type A or Type F adapter as well as a DP (Dust Plug) of matching size.

• Description:
• ● The Plastic Type C Female Coupler is a Female Cam and Groove x Hose Shank.
• Uses:
• ● Used to install a Female Coupler into a Hose.
• ● Used to connect with a Male Adapter of the same size.
• What it connects to:
• ● The coupler portion will couple with a Male Adapter.
• ● The hose barb portion will connect to a Hose.
• Compatibility:
• ● Recommended to be used with other Polypropylene, Plastic, PVC and Banjo Camlocks.
• ● Generally not used with other metal fittings, although they will couple.
• Installation:
• ● Insert the Hose Barb portion of the plastic pipe fitting into a Hose and fasten with a crimp collar or hose clamps.
• ● Then insert the Type C Coupler into a Male Adapter and close the two cam handles.
• ● For a quick disconnect, open the cam lever arms and remove the adapter.
