Type E adapters are normally used with Type C couplers, but can be used with Type B and Type D couplers or Type DC (Dust Cap) of identical size.

• Description:
• ● The Type E Male Adapter is a Male Cam and Groove x Hose Shank.
• Uses:
• ● Used to install a Male Cam Lock Quick Connect into a Hose End. 
• ● Used to connect with a Female Coupler of the same size.
• What it connects to:
• ● The adapter portion will connect to a Female Coupler.
• ● The Hose Shank portion will connect to a Hose End.
• Installation:
• ● Insert the Hose Shank portion of the fitting into a Hose End and fasten with a hose clamp or crimp collar.
• ● Then slide the Type E Adapter into a Female Cam Coupler and close the two cam handles.
• ● Open the cam arm levers and remove the adapter for a quick disconnect.
