• Installation:
• ● They are designed for a direct mount using a Tri-Clover fitting.
• ● The sintered stainless steel porous probe is submersible and diffuses CO2 gas into the brewing Fluid.
• ● The lower the Carb Stone is mounted in the Brite Tank the better.
• ● This gives the CO2 more distance to travel through the process fluid.
• Uses:
• ● Carbonation stones are the most widely used instrument for aerating wort. 
• ● TC Carbonation Stones are typically an instument mounted on brite tanks for beer fermentation.
• ● In Some applications a carbonating Stone is used in a conical fermenter or Uni tank.
• ● Yeast is kept healthy when the wort is aerated usually after the chiller and the knock down process.
• ● Keeping the yeast healthy means it can handle higher alcohol levels and also reproduce to maintainable levels.
• ● This leads to faster brewing and ongoing generations of yeast.
