- Uses:
- ● A mixing valve since it can combine flow from 2 ports and direct it to a third port.
- Advantages:
- ● Being a T-Port 3-Way valve offers 4 flow patterns: All 3 ports open, 2 ports open in a straight line, or any of the other 2 ports open in an L-Formation, (See diagram below for further clarification).
- Operation:
- ● Allows for flow to any two ports. (Either a straight line or a L-Formation.)
- ● Allows for flow in all 3 ports at the same time, acting like a regular Threaded Tee Fitting.
- ● Cannot shut off flow from all 3 ports.
