• What it connects to:

• ● One side of this 3" x 2" Type DR will connect to a 3" Male Camlock.
• ● The other side of this adapter will thread into a 2" Male NPT Thread.

• How the Adapter Works:

• ● To connect, slide the 3" Female portion over a 3" Male Camlock Adapter and then close the Cam arms.
• ● To disconnect, open the Cam Handles and remove Adapter.

• Description:
• ● 3" Female Cam and Groove Coupler x 2" Female NPT Thread.
• Uses:
• ● Used to reduce the size of the Female Thread of a 3" Type D Female Coupler from 3" down to 2".
• ● Used when increasing or reducing the pipe line size from 2" to 3".
• ● This Adapter Allows a 3" Male Camlock to connect with a 2" male Thread.
• What it does:
• ● The camlock portion will connect to a 3" Male Adapter.
• ● The threaded portion will connect to a 2" Male NPT Thread.
• Also Known as a:
• ● Cam and Groove Type D Jump Size 3" Coupler x 2" Female NPT.
• ● Type DR Reducer 3" Female Camlock x 2" Female NPT.
• ● 3" x 2" Type DR Camlock Reducer. 
• ● 3" x 2" Reducing Type D.
• Alternate Options:
• ● A Type D with smaller threads can be made using a 3" Type D and a 3" x 2" Reducing Bushing.
• ● This part can also be formed by using a 3" Type B and a 3" x 2" Bell Reducer.
