Benefits:
● Sanitary weld fittings are a more cost effective way to create standing tubing compared to the regular Tri-Clover options.
● Although sanitary tubing lines are permanent and require labor for set-up, once installed the maintenance costs are less since gaskets do not need to be replaced.
Uses:
● 90 degree weld type elbows are used in applications where a gentle bend is needed in the flow direction. They are used to redirect flow vertically or horizontally.
● In some cases they are installed in a combination using multiple elbows in line.
